Required Skills

10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong backend expertise in Java and Python
Frontend experience with React / ReactJS
Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions)
Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema, performance tuning, stored procedures)
Experience building microservices or distributed backend systems
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Additional Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
Ability to work in a startup or fast-moving environment
